Support is Just a Call Away!
Heart of West Michigan United Way provides a 211 Helpline. This 24/7, free, and confidential helpline connects people across West Michigan to local resources that offer real help, right now.

Warming Centers
Grand Rapids Area Coalition to End Homelessness has compiled a list of warming centers throughout Kent County. Please encourage anyone outside or in a place not meant for habitation to connect with a shelter and/or warming center.

Become a Tax Prep Volunteer
United Way's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program helps refund millions into the hands of those who need it most. Volunteers can serve as Intake Specialists, Tax Preparers, or Quality Reviewers (for returning volunteers only). All training is provided.
